Booking was hassle free and the staff very helpful, not being left on hold or speaking to numerous people made booking so much quicker and easier. When you arrive you are dealt with nicely and virtually immediately. The MRI staff were excellent and look after you very well explaining things clearly. I was impressed by the care I received from all staff at Envision. Thank you so very much.

The brilliant Dr Ranieri Falcao Aguiar expertly delivered facet joint injections to my lower back in different dates. So far, excellent results. I personally requested him for the second one as I suffered much anxiety over this. He discussed at length, prior to injections, with my retired spinal surgeon to get a better background on the pain and my previous spinal surgery history. I would not hesitate to go back to him for treatment. The supporting staff was also incredibly friendly and professional. Excellent team.

Since I was diagnosed with stage 4 appendix cancer in 2021, I have been coming to Envision regularly for pre-surgery scans and in the last 18+ months of remission every 3 months for surveillance PET-CT scans. These scans take a couple of hours each visit with fasting before hand and a lot of water drinking in the hour before hand. The staff always run through these requirements before l surveillance day to ensure they are properly followed and I get the most accurate scans and diagnosis. I can’t speak more highly of the team - the professionalism, the care, the friendliness, the punctuality and of course (and most importantly) the excellent scanning and diagnosis services. I have complete trust in the team and enjoy dealing with them. Thank you, Envision.

I attended Envision Centre to undertake a Nuclear Medicine Cardiac scan and was attended to by Lydia. She was attentive, efficient and very empathetic towards my condition and patiently continued with my care throughout my procedure. I was then introduced to Dr. Tracey and, once again, I was very impressed with the care and professionalism displayed. However, what was more impressive was her caring nature and consideration about my welfare, even beyond that of my health. To my good fortune, I had a trifecta of excellent service when I was handed over to Dominic who was very attentive, efficient and went way beyond his ‘duty of care’ when he offered to relocate my car to Envision’s carpark. Dr. Tracey also offered to write a letter of support if I happened to get a parking ticket as I had long outstayed my 2 hour time limit. Dominic also saw that I was comfortable between the two scans and offered me a drink as he knew I hadn’t eaten or consumed anything since the night before. Couldn't have asked for better service!!!!!

I’ve gone to other clinic to have MRI, unfortunately the cabin was too small and made me fear. I can’t breath just want to run away. Envision’ staff are absolutely fantastic. The receptionist arranged the tour for me before the booking Show me the machine and it’s bigger size than other company. 2/2/23 I’ve done my MRI scan and I don’t feel any fear or stress. Very relaxing. Thank you Carly for your help. Once again, thanks for the operator lady over the phone arrangement on 29/2/23. Thank you for everyone, you are the best!

The MRI Team Vicky and Warwick at the Wembley Clinic went above and beyond my expectations to make this a stress free experience, with Vicki by my side the whole time. I had a bad experience at another Company causing me distress. Should I need further MRI`s I will be confident I am in the best possible hands. Too many people are quick to critisise but often rarely give praise when due. Thank you
